Cultivating a relationship when you work together:

- Respect + build on strengths (Josh is good at speaking + selling, Susan is good at business + workflow speed) - have jobs and a division of labor. It gives accountability and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks.

- Sometimes work separately. You just need space!

- Have open and honest convos each week about where you stand. It doesn't have to be long and drawn out, it can just be a quick check in. What does the other need? Does he/she feel left out?

- Learn each others love languages and apply them!
