Hi friends! In wake of the recent election- and as someone with anxiety over the state of the world, this episode is about what still is in your control, even after your vote has been cast. I am mostly talking about the environmental side of things (because that's the side I am the most knowledgable in and participate the most in). The main motif of today though is that you CAN make a change by BEING INTENTIONAL- specifically with your money, actions, and kindness. <- All this along with other hopefully hopeful messages.
