Hi friends! I had a more emotionally turbulent day today, but I learned SO MUCH from it and I'm excited to share it with you guys. Inspired by a quote about how we "only feel emotions for 90 seconds, how you feel after is a choice," I looked a little deeper into it as I was trying to choose differently, but it wasn't working. I found that #1 a cry will ALWAYS make you feel better (we love a release), but also that rumination and "re-triggering" is actually what keeps us feeling things for so long. I hope something from this episode resonates with you <3 Happy listening!
