The breakout of the corona virus has sent the whole world into a lockdown as the safety measure to curtail its spread. However the lockdown in itself is predicted to cause an expected rise in the number of separation and divorce. Relationships that were suffering before the lockdown are expected to get worse. Spending time with a spouse should be a positive thing but under the strict lockdown conditions, might bring existing issues to light forcing the couple to either work to fix their issues or come to the painful realisation that it's probably best to go separate ways.
