Welcome to Season 2! This season we will be interviewing a number of guests who have a story to share. Real life inspirational stories that will inspire, motivate and give hope to the listener!
Today’s topic is one that is so relevant to the season that we are in due to the coronavirus pandemic and effect on the world's economy - THE TRAUMA OF BEING UNEMPLOYED!
Unemployment is a situation that is best viewed from afar and one that no one ever expects to be their reality. But, when it does, especially for an extended period, it seems like a worsening pain without recovery. The pain ranges from sadness, anger, corporate discrimination, criticism, depression, discouragement, disappointment, fear, frustration, shame, social elimination, rejection, silence and in the worst case scenario even suicide!
In today's podcast, Bimbola & Jo interviewed a guest, Ayo Onigbogi who was unemployed for 3 years after enjoying a glowing and growing engineering career. This was a very trying time of his adult life and he had a lot to share with us both to inspire and motivate anyone in the same boat. There was good even in that moment of his life. You really don't want to miss this episode.
