Hoban Company quality engineer Elizabeth Senn, the 2026 NEW Manufacturing Alliance All Stars honoree who graces the cover of this year's NEWMA All Stars magazine, joins Kate and Ann today on the podcast along with her All Stars nominator Shannon Young, the company's director of human resources.
