Tennis players have the tendency to be judgmental about a number of different things when they are playing including of themselves and their level, their opponent’s level and playing style, weather conditions, missed shots, etc. The co-hosts introduced strategies that tennis players can utilize to help move past judgmental thoughts and self-talk including journaling about performances, embracing all situations with curiosity rather than judging them as “good” or "bad”, and the concept of respecting all opponents but fearing none.
