It is also important to give them enough time, enough energy, and enough effort to take care of them to get the results you need.

What Is The Best Way To Delegate

1. Make a list of the things you do

• Understanding and Knowing Allows you to easily identify which tasks you no longer perform to ELIMINATE and which must stay on your desk to DELEGATE. However, as a business owner, you must communicate these details to your Remote Worker or team member.

2. Give Feedback

• Delegating can still have flaws, which must be communicated to your team member in order for you and they to be on the same page of allowing it to be fixed on time and how you want it to be done.
