Today we have Kristen Gingrich also known as @notyouraveragethrpst on TikTok and Instagram. Kristen is a fellow Mainer (we love a Mainer) and a Certified Therapist (LCSW, CADC, CCS). Kristen specializes in a few different areas, addiction and setting boundaries with family being a few of them.
