Is this true for ME?
Is this based on FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE, or something I have interpreted from information outside of myself or influenced from the past?
This is such a game changer for living life on purpose.
Test your theories, uncover your truths.
The worst that can happen is a FEELING.
Dismantle your relationship to alcohol and ELIMINATE THE DESIRE TO DRINK.
Generate evidence to support what you WANT to be true:
That you don't need alcohol to be amazingly YOU!! WOOT!
This may cause resistance and discomfort, but it's the only way to grow and change.
Just because it's on the "news" or in a "health journal" doesn't mean it's true for you.
When you know the author of your life, you can trust the next chapter.
If your unexamined beliefs about alcohol are the authority, your future will be more of the same.
