In this episode I am joined by Geleen Antonio, also known as Geleenonthego on social media, and we talk all about her life traveling solo and helping people build the confidence to do the same. The thing I love about Geleen and the work that she is doing, is that she isn't just helping people build up the courage to travel, she is helping them build connections and friendships, while also teaching them how to heal their inner child along the way.

Geleen Antonio is on a mission to empower women to transform themselves and live lives they are genuinely excited about!
With a background in neuroscience and over 10 years of corporate healthcare and biotech careers, she realized she was depressed and unfulfilled. She courageously left it all behind, to live out of a suitcase and travel the world.
A curious soul with an insatiable fascination for exploration, Geleen's decade-plus experience solo traveling the world and digital nomad lifestyle has resulted in self-discovery, spiritual enlightenment, inner child healing, and meaningful connections.
Inspired by her own transformative journey, Geleen founded Travel Not To Escape, a holistic solo travel empowerment platform that guides women through their transformations—empowering them to redesign their lives, transcend borders, and connect with themselves, others, and the world in a deeply meaningful and playful way.
Through Travel Not to Escape, Geleen hosts a podcast, workshops, and events, and creates content and products geared towards transformation, connection, and play.
When she's not creating, you'll find Geleen in some corner of the world taking Bachata classes, sharpening her Spanish skills, living her foodie dreams, and exploring while planning her upcoming destinations.
