Mindful Sex Ed: Back to Basics

Ep. 117 | Is it Normal to Cry After Sex?

Listen Later

Happy Valentine’s Day, MSE Friends! On this week’s episode, we are talking about if it is normal to cry after sex! If everyone is having fun, and maybe you’ve had an orgasm or two, why do you want to cry? Well, Lulu and Laura discuss how different kinds of sex may play a role, how sex can be a healing activity, and why crying after sex is a common and normal experience for many people. We suggest communicating with your partner about why you’re crying and how to provide reassurance that you are actually having a good time!
