This is a solo episode that I felt compelled to share. I have recently been contemplating how most people have multiple layers to themselves and most people never unleash them. I mention a book I've been reading that somewhat lit this spark, and then a close friend of mine helped me break this down even more. I share all this and much more in this episode and hope that it will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. I also share a recent alcohol I've been testing out and actually really enjoy.
