We then touch upon the concept of Bioflow, addressing the tendency to separate different elements of our physicality and emphasising the interconnectedness of our body's systems.

A crucial part of our discussion is the role of the nervous system in mobility. By building confidence near our end range of motion, we can improve our mobility and overall movement capabilities. Lastly, we examine joint-focused mobility versus movement-focused mobility, revealing the advantages of each approach and their contributions to a well-rounded movement practice.
