In this week's episode I reference all different aspects of my life regarding food and food in general terms.
I've been advocating for myself since I can remember and started healing my body with food in 2020. The food industry is important for us as a society to have an understanding of. Doctors and medical professionals should not be our only source of understanding. It is my belief that through our own experiences, we can advocate for ourselves and empower others to do the same.
Throughout this episode I discuss my experience with having been diagnosed with IBS during my collegiate years, and what I've done to make changes to be a healthier version. I specify what the fitness industry coins as healthy, alongside the opposing view of what the health and wellness space say is.
Other topics discussed today: Buzz words, ingredients, toxins, fasting and Biblical fasting.
The featured brand of the week: Proclamation Coalition! They are a Christian based company and I love their clothing! Gospel Resources and Christian Clothing – Proclamation Coalition
I am wearing a hoodie that currently isn't present on the site, but I do a suggest keeping a lookout for when it comes back!My intro & outro were created by my friend and artist: Nosh! Give him a follow! He created a song out of the masterpiece he made for me! Check it out here: Authentically Divine Theme Song
