In this episode I am joined by my son Thad along with our guest JJ Mertz from Mid Michigan College.  JJ is a college math professor that is infatuated with everything outdoors that created,  with the help of many others,  a 2 year degree program at the college,  with multiple paths to get jobs within the outdoors industry.
