It's that dreaded time of year in finance & consulting - the last few weeks of Q4. And this final push can feel like a f*cking nightmare.

But the constant stress, overwhelm & chaos we experience during the final weeks in December when the stakes are high, the hours are long & the last-minute client requests seem never-ending isn't always "just work" - it's often trauma.

In this week's episode, I'm talking about what trauma in the workplace is, how to know if you're experiencing trauma at work & what you can do to survive the final Q4 push.
