Stella is a good friend of mine who is going through a job search. I offered her a coaching session in exchange for coming on the show and she graciously agreed. 

Stella was thinking about starting a second career so she wanted to talk through her thoughts and what was going on with her. But as we were talking I quickly realized that she had her sh*t together and she didn't really need my help. All she needed was some reflection time and reassurance. 

She's in a really good place to move into something new and exciting, and she's okay with not really knowing what it exactly is but letting something come her way.
