In April of 1970 the US sent three men to the moon in the hopes of landing in a new, and unexplored, part of the lunar surface. After the successful landing of Apollo 11, the people of America had mostly lost interest in moon landings and didn't really care about what was happening on this latest flight. That is, until disaster struck and the lives of the astronauts were thrown into peril.
