On today’s Real Estate Finder Podcast, Matthew reveals that since the last time Staci was in the studio, she performed stand up comedy at the Sadman Comedy Cafe right here in Royal Palm Plaza in Boca Raton, FL. 

 

According to Staci, it was “a one and done life bucket list item,” but that remains to be seen. One great idea is to have an open mike real estate ”industry” night where real estate agents could say their pet peeves, worst things to ever happen and dish the hilarious dirt on what goes on behind the front doors in the professional world of real estate. 

 

You probably think it never happens, but believe it or not selling the same property more than once or twice actually does happen. Loyal customers are usually the reason. Staci’s on her 4th transaction on the same property and it’s a corporate relocation, which we will talk more about later in the deal.
