Today I share about a recent moment where I almost didn't stand strong & speak my truth. I didn't want to. It made me uncomfortable and all of my people pleasing sh*t was coming up. But it was a moment where I needed to stand up for my daughter and highlight exclusive behaviors, and even though it was to advocate on her behalf, I still didn't want to do it. But as I dive into during the conversation, that moment of standing strong - of advocating for myself and for those I love - those moments are priceless. Because when you're able to stand strong & speak your truth - nothing can stop you.
