Everybody wants something for nothing. Blackrock wants to irresponsibly invest your money on the basis of irrelevant metrics like whether the companies they invest in are sufficiently on board with the climate change or social cause agendas, without facing backlash when investors object. Big tech wants to profit off your data by selling it to third parties and government wants to spy on you with that data in blatant violation of the U.S. Constitution. And, the U.S. Women's National Team wants half of what they didn't earn of the U.S. Men's National Team successes at the World Cup because #equality. A society that continues to reward this behavior is not long for this world.
