Typically, leadership progresses through three main stages—the first, second, and third stages. However, most leaders relate to what they see externally as a reflection of the same stage of leadership they are currently operating from. In other words, someone in the second stage might look at what a third stage practitioner is doing and see it as no different from what he is doing. In this episode, I'll be distinguishing the three stages from each other and tackle the challenges that makes it difficult for leaders to move from one stage to the next. This is one interesting discussion I hope you won't miss!
