It took me awhile to learn to cheer for myself and really understand that I can do whatever it is that I want! I NEED NO ONES APPROVAL! But of course like I said it feels good sometimes to have the approval of others...Just human nature...The way we talk to ourselves and see ourselves is so important...I know! I struggle too...It's hard to love ourselves and give compliments while looking in the mirror because most of the time we want to pick ourselves apart....Uhg. No matter your age we can start NOW.
