Having someone you can truly rely on is important. To build trust, you must have a relationship that can sustain the level of trust required in your business. As a podcast producer himself, Asad, his graphic designer, is a huge help to him. He ensures that they maintain a strong bond that goes beyond business. Entrusting him with responsibilities, appreciating his work and time, paying him well, and treating him as a stakeholder, as if he is important and the business cannot function without him, is where they are in their bond.
