He became a pilot to be able to travel to these places and brought medical supplies and bought instruments to bring home. He has been in high demand as a percussionist with people like Paul Simon, Paco de Lucia and John McLaughlin and many more. He plays percussion and hang drum, piano and more. The story of his many journeys is even more amazing than his music. In this episode he talks about becoming a pilot and his magical trip to Bali.
