We all expect a lot from people, things, experiences, and God himself. Eventually, after some time, those expectations turn into an idol, replacing our faith and turning into a disappointing outcome. We need to learn how to give our situations to God, trust that He will bring forth the desires of our heart and that he will never fail us.
