Fasting-Jesus did it, so should we.

Prepare for your fast- "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."
Fasting is NOT legalistic.
Fasting does not need to have rules around it. Yes, fasting is food; however, there are other things you can abstain from as you strengthen this discipline. It isn’t only things that the world sees as “bad.”
Fasting always starts with prayer. God's Word shows us that fasting looks different for everyone!
