In today's episode, I sit down with Mia Giommi - Certified Nutritional Practitioner CNP NNCP (IHN) and Functional Diagnostics Nutrition Practitioner FDNP-T (2022 candidate) to discuss the lifestyle factors like stress, inflammation, sleep and blood sugar fluctuation and their effect on our internal health.
