Are you a woman who wants to feel in control of her time and calendar so you can make progress in the direction of your dreams?

Lovie, it’s so wrong to get to the end of the day feeling like you failed to accomplish what you wanted to do…what your soul longs for.
Many of the women I have worked with have expressed feeling like there isn’t enough time in the day to get it all done. It is so disheartening to live in a perpetual state of exhaustion. I used to be the poster child for over-scheduling and trying to cram too much into a day, but since creating a unique system to manage my time, tasks, and energy, I have a clear path through each day. Now I can end the day feeling accomplished instead of exhausted. This system is simple enough for anyone in any season to adapt to their own needs.
Assuming you already tackled goal setting as we chatted about in the last episode, you should be ready to tackle your time by doing the following:
List all the tasks you do daily
Ask yourself if you do them because you can, you should, or you want to do them
Categorize each task into like actions
Create your ideal schedule
Time block your day to maximize productivity and minimize wasted energy

There is no reason to continue being managed by your calendar. Stop the exhaustion caused by the constant hustle and move towards the place you dream of being. Follow this system and you can move from being a woman so exhausted by life, she wants to throw in the towel to become a woman in control of her time and calendar so she maximizes her energy and achieves her dreams.
