Working in the film and TV industry is a goal every actor wishes to achieve but acting on screen can seem really intimidating. There is a lot of equipment pointing at you that tries to take you out of your performance. How do we get over this?

This week I am very lucky to speak to Natalia Kostrzewa who runs her own screen acting studio in London called 'Owning it.' Natalia's credits include Line of Duty, Black Mirror, Out There, Fool Me Once and more.
