As actors, we never really know what happens in the casting office. I have always thought it's better to know more about every aspect of this industry so 1. You know what to expect but 2. To humanise the industry. This means you can start to work with the casting office and not be so scared to look them in the eyes.

Starting out as an actor, Aaron quickly immersed himself into all aspects of the entertainment industry. This included agenting at North Artist Management, writing and producing two shows and has now been working in the branding and Voiceover departments at the prestigious Hamilton Hodell talent agency in London.
