Look, it's been 130 episodes. Surely by now, we've had some impact, right? I mean, we have a MASSIVE reach. Like, at least 7 people. At least those 7 people are better. No question.
Except, today on the show, Matt, Mike, and Rob look at what the problems facing men were 30 years ago and it turns out, they're the same ones as today. Men are still struggling with being okay with ourselves and our efforts. We still struggle to know how to better ourselves. And we still tear each other down, as evidenced by some of our YouTube comments. (who reads those anyway, right?)
Part of our problem is that we aren't patient in bringing about change and demand we be different now, which only leads to dichotomous thinking and pendulum swinging. So, instead, listen to the episode and find a better balance. Keep working toward a better version of you and tell your friends about the show. They'll thank you.
Or at least I will.
