Stop Drinking and Start Living- The Feminine Way

Ep. #131 Peek Inside: Why I Am Starting The Stop Drinking & Start Living Program

Listen Later

The narrative of what you think it means to drink or not drink is one of the biggest things keeping you stuck in your relationship to alcohol.

What I want you to know, is it's all made up and you get to decide from your brain what BELIEFS you want to keep and which one's are no longer useful.

Today on the podcast, I talk about why I am starting the stop drinking and stop living program. (YAY!!!)

You are still evolving, is it important that you have access to new structures, beliefs and paradigms in our culture that are relevant and up to date with your needs.

Mental health, self development, coaching, spiritual connection and the desire to change one's relationship to alcohol are quickly becoming necessities to have access to for all people.

Not because the person has the "problem", but because alcohol is no longer useful and is taking up more thought time than it needs.

This program is designed to support internal Innovation so you can begin to recognize your WHOLENESS, vs the need to fill a hole with anything outside of yourself.

This is what ultimately reduces your desire to drink.

Find out how you can blaze the trail of the next phase of human evolution and show up unapologetically ready to rock being YOU more fully.

Let's GO!

"I rediscovered the core of who I am and what brings me life. I felt feelings that were so so big. I didn’t know my heart got that big. And definitely more than once the idea in my mind was - with alcohol this would not be possible!
Big love to you!! Thank you so much for all your support in getting me to this point. I had to open up and get curious. And that curiosity is blooming so damn big right now!!!!🌹🌹🌹🌹✨✨✨✨✨" -Client Message
