Curt Frost is the CEO of WMG Development and its parent, Workman Management Group, LLC. Curt was raised in the small town of Louisville, Illinois by a dedicated and hardworking entrepreneurial family. He first developed his passion for innovation and leadership by watching his mother and father operate a grocery store and meat packing business. Curt obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and his MBA from Eastern Illinois University. He has also completed The Leadership Mastery Series at the Bell Leadership Institute in Chapel Hill, NC. Today he nurtures a great work environment that blends family values with progressive careers. Curt and his wife, Jodi, reside in Windermere, FL with their three children. They enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and embracing new experiences
