Things started shifting for her when she realized there was in fact a new and maybe desirable way to drink less, forever.
Once she gave herself permission to dive into the coaching, it was the SPARK that ignited her passions for life.
The work she did around alcohol was really the door the spiritual deep dive she was longing for in all areas of her life, to align with her true values and bigger purpose.
She very intentionally, day by day, grew her emotional awareness that had been on the back burner, and hidden by alcohol.
She also realized a lot of the reasons she was drinking, weren't actually true for her anymore, she just needed to ask WHY?
Amanda intentionally made the work of unlearning alcohol a priority in her life and she expedited her results because of it.
The impact has opened up possibilities of for deeper connection in her relationships, new career, habits, interests, and more importantly, connection to self and this life.

From today's podcast guest and program client, Amanda, speaking to what was "freed up" from the work we did together:
"I think it's two things really, first of all, alcohol was taking up a lot of space in my in my head and it's not that I was you know, constantly craving it by any means it was just I was always negotiating with myself or trying to set rules or thinking about when I was going to be drinking or not drinking or you know, just it took up way too much space and energy in my brain. And then the other shift has really been a flow of creativity that as I have gotten alcohol out of my life I just really feel very open and more spiritual and just I feel a lot of things flowing through me right now. So those have been really big shifts and just that I think really it started with that just clearing it out of my out of my head and not having it be so like present and taking up so much of my energy I think that really just opened up so much space for so many other things to flow through."
