I've decided it's much more exciting if we say this is backbending for your feet. We'll work some strength and mobility drills, go through a well-rounded flow, and backbend the WHOLE body, including the feet along the way. I teach with a block, brick, and a strap, but you can make do without them. (60 Minutes/All Levels)
