Last week a friend messaged me after listening to the podcast and took me to task about what I said on the topic of the Black Lives Matter protest, he was right in doing so. I read the message out, answered as best I could, and talked a little more about the day I had at the protest, and the week I've had since. Pretty intense one this week - at least that's how it felt.
