Hailie lives in MN with her husband Tyler, her two beautiful kids Milo and Zoey and their dog Pearl. She has always been curious about why we do the things we do and she loves to blend that curiosity with her passion for helping others live a more healthy and fulfilling life.

She started as a personal trainer at a local club and had a hands-on internship while studying for her PT certification.

When she was pregnant with Milo she knew she wanted to become a stay at home mom so she left her job as a personal trainer to do just that but knew she wanted to continue her career online as she wanted to connect with people beyond an hour long in person session each week.

There's two roles in her life where she feels most herself and that is being a mom, and being a coach. Both of these things bring an immense amount of joy and purpose to her life.  She is so passionate about helping people prioritize their health without only focusing on weight loss.

Some could say she’s a lover of all things mindset and strives to help each client grow in their relationship with themselves. Working with Hailie, you will be in the driver seat with the best GPS to guide you on this journey to your best self.
