The words we use are more impactful and powerful than we were led to believe growing up. In many cases, the language we use is generational, habitual, and automatic. If we are sensitive to the energy underneath the words we use, we will notice positivity and negativity. And the energy can be subtle. The energy depends on our beliefs, relationship to the words, and our current circumstances as they relate to past experiences. The energy doesn’t lie, but how we use the words or justify them can be lies. So, it is critical to be clear about the energy underneath the words we use, especially if we want to teach younger generations about the use of language and their way of speaking.

Becoming aware of the impact of language
Having conversations about the impact of words
Curse words and disempowering beliefs
Words vs. how we say them
Words distract us from our energies
