Happy Spring! We have entered March which is a month filled with exciting celebrations particularly for Women! Such themes include International Women’s Day, Women’s History Month, Hina Matsuri, White Day and so on. Let us take the time to appreciate all that women have contributed in our lives, and keep supporting all with love and compassion.
This week, Tiffany is featured on a fellow lifecoach’s podcast by the name, Jayne Nakata, from New Zealand and we delve into the topic of “transformation” which is a favorite conversation on the Breakfast With Tiffany Show as well.
Tiffany begins by introducing her upbringing and her original plan of going to the US, however 25 years later living in Japan as she felt it was safer and the more optional choice especially as a transgendered woman.
The talk continues to comment on the social and environmental comparison of New Zealand and the Philippines with Japan. This includes the main discussion around Tiffany’s vulnerability around her identity as a transwoman, her addiction to alcoholism, social relationships, and the extension of her career from nightlife expert to lifecoach, mainly for the LGBTQ+ community in health and wellness that consists of retreats. We also learn of the beginnings of the “Breakfast With Tiffany Show” podcast and the amazing experience and benefits it has been for Tiffany.
Finally, Tiffany recommends the book “A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle” and shares a powerful passage that she enjoyed that reads;
“How you react to people in situations, especially when challenges arise, is the best indicator of how deeply you know yourself”.
