How to Go From Broke to Building an Empire

In her early 20s, Dwan grew up enjoying her life while still young. Years later, she got married and had a baby. Little did she know that things weren't always good, so she and her husband separated, lost her car and house, and had to raise her child as a single mom. As a result, she turned broke. Then she asked herself, "what should I do?" And a part of herself that had always wanted to own a business came to her, and with God's help, she got into house rehabbing.

She worked hard, took classes, knocked on people's doors, and bought every tool and part needed to rehab her client's homes. Enjoying herself with success from rehabbing houses, Dwan didn't stop there and went up more to wholesaling.

Dwan was able to turn the tables down. She is now a successful business owner offering Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Mortgage and Commercial Lending, Real Estate Marketing and Appraisal, and Financial Planning.
