We are often told it takes a village to raise kids…but that village is often about help for the kids…but what about help for mama? In this episode I am going to share about the importance of building your mama village and the 5 types of people I believe every mama should have in her village.

As moms we have limited time and energy, especially for human relationships, so we have to be intentional about the people we have in our life and invest ourselves into. It’s not to say relationships should be transactional, but more so we need to protect our energetic bubbles and choose wisely who we have in our corner. We all have buckets that need to be filled up in order to pour into the ones we love and these 5 types of people can help us fill those buckets so we can show up for others.
