If we really want to end intimate partner violence -- rather than, say, score hundreds of millions of dollars in federal and philanthropic money for feminist social programs and activist salaries, or, say, promote sexist stereotypes that hobble men's advancement toward forms of gender equity that might displease some women -- is there any hope of doing it with approaches based on exaggerations of male malevolence and female virtue?
