Summary:

Ania is a certified nutritionist by the International Sports Sciences Association. She graduated in Plant-Based Nutrition from both Cornell University (USA) and Winchester University (UK). She is working at Plant Based Nutritionist at Mont Kiara Hospital in KL. For the past 5 years with nutritional workshops, weight loss programs and Kitchen Transformation programs she aims to spread the message that adding wholesome plant-based food is not only healthy but also tasty and easy to prepare. She has presented at a number of festivals including; London Plant Power Expo, Singapore Vegan festival, The Conscious festival, Green and Healthy festival. She has recently co-authored a book: “My Voice - A collective Memoir by Women of Substance”.

On a daily basis she educates people to be more aware of what they eat, as the right diet is the single biggest change which can truly change our health.
