On this episode of In The Kitchen With That Food Dood we cook a winter favourite, beef and Guinness stew. I lick the plate with Darren the head chef from Orangeville Meat Co and another listener  shares their favourite place to eat.    Ingredients:   2 kg chuck or stewing steak 1 large brown onion 2 large carrots  3 rashers bacon 2 cups beef stock 1 1/2 cups Guinness draught beer 3 med potatoes Olive oil   Seasoning: 1/2 cup plain flour 2 tsp rock or sea salt 1 tsp pepper corns 1 tsp cumin  1/2 tsp dry thyme  1/2 tsp mustard seeds  1/2 tsp garlic powder  1/4 tsp paprika    Equipment: Slow cooker  Heavy based frying pan  Large snap lock bag, big enough for steak Chopping board  Sharp knife Large bowl Metal spoon  Measuring cups and spoons
