Welcome to today's episode! Come join us with your favorite beverage and a comfy seat to learn more about meditation. By integrating meditation into your day, you can invite a special kind of stillness and solitude for yourself. As simple as adding even a cacao ritual each day can set the scene to nurture a meditative state of mind. Your focus can be whatever you are passionate about that brings calmness and a sense of clarity. Our peak pose of the day is Balasana or Child's Pose. This pose offers a great way to go inward as long as you are set up for comfort with props/blankets/pillows/bolsters.
