EP 14: Here’s proof that fear won’t kill you

Do you dream of being free? Free to move forward, to trust yourself, to take chances, and try new things?

Too many women are held prisoner by fear to the point they stay within their comfort zone and never chase the dreams of their hearts. This isn't necessary. You can be a woman brave enough to let fear exist without allowing it to impede your desire to live your best life because the truth is you can survive anything life throws your way.

Fear is a roadblock to our dreams. Yes, the reality is you might not know everything needed to chase a particular dream. This is a natural part of growth and learning and being a beginner. In addition, you have been served messages rooted in what you CAN'T do and you've been taught to believe them. But the truth is, it is wrong to hold yourself back because you are scared of the unknown.

I am here to offer and new way! Through my journey, I have learned to combat fear in a way that anyone can apply to their journey. It makes you the captain of your story so you can step into the life you were designed to live. And I believe you are ready to be free and live your best life!
