I mean let's face it, a lot of people purchase their first home with schools in mind. And who better to ask than the Realtor you know and trust? 
WELP...
We legally CANNOT give our opinion on them. In this episode we talk about why and some of the other things that we TRULY cannot talk about with you as a client. 
The key is to do your research first and give YOUR search criteria to your agent. We are objective people in these scenarios and legally bound by the Fair Housing Act to stay that way.
