On this week's episode of the podcast, RC does an interview with his old friend Alleyes Mainfest aka Michael Bridgmon. Currently, Michael has release few new projects under the moniker as James Wavey. James (as we will refer to him) is a rapper that lives in Oakland, CA and is originally from STL. Him and RC go way back -- 16 years back -- and started their rap careers together. They talk rap, spirituality, growing up, and hip hop culture.
